👉 Start here (keep it simple 🩷)

Hi Reader,

After my last email, I kept thinking about you.đź©·

About how many women are carrying so much… and how even “taking care of yourself” can start to feel like another thing on the list.

So I want to make this really simple.

If everything feels overwhelming right now… start here.

Not with a perfect routine. Not with a full reset.

Just with this:

  1. Step outside for a few minutes in the morning Let the light hit your face. Take a breath. Put your feet in the grass. No phone.
  2. Drink your water and electrolytes before anything else. Before coffee, before the rush—just one small act of care.
  3. Eat something real, not perfect. Just real, nourishing food. Once you are eating whole foods 80% of the time, your body begins to crave them, and not heavily processed foods with low nutritional value.

That’s it. Just those 3 things make a HUGE difference in your day.

You don’t have to do everything. You just have to start somewhere.

This is what I’ve been coming back to— and it’s what I’ll keep sharing with you.

Simple, steady habits that actually fit into your life.

If you want to follow along more closely, I’ve been sharing little moments of this over on my socials.

And if you’re looking for something to support you in this— something simple, clean, and made for real life—

I’ve created that too.

No pressure at all. Just options for when you’re ready.

I’m really glad you’re here. And I hope this feels like a small breath of fresh air today.

Love + encouragement,

Hollie Jo🌺

Hi Reader, This week, something really stood out to me. So many women believe wellness has to be big. A complete meal plan. An hour-long workout. A spotless house. The perfect routine. But the older I get, the more I realize that’s rarely how lasting change happens. It happens in five-minute decisions. This week I shared pieces of my own journey—walking, strength training, creating a peaceful home, and simply showing up even when life is busy. None of those things were extraordinary on their...

Hi Reader, Can I tell you something I’ve been thinking about this week? I don’t think most women need another wellness plan. I think we need permission to stop believing we’re failing. So many of us carry this quiet pressure that says we have to meal prep perfectly, work out for an hour, drink enough water, get enough sleep, keep the house clean, take care of everyone else, and somehow still have energy left for ourselves. No wonder we’re exhausted. That’s why everything I’ve shared this week...

Hi Reader, For a long time, I thought improving my health meant finding the perfect plan. The perfect diet. The perfect supplement. The perfect workout routine. I was constantly looking for the next thing that would finally help me feel my best. But over the years—and especially through the health challenges I’ve faced, the busy seasons of life, and all the responsibilities that come with being a woman, wife, mother, friend, and professional—I discovered something surprising: The habits that...
